With
this power, the user is able to continuously see milliseconds into
the future, giving them the ability to operate without the need for
sight or hearing. When using this ability, the user may use their
dots in Praestantia instead of their Perception stat. Using
Praestantia in this way, the character may not use Praestantia for
the bonus dice it normally grants. If the user is blind or deaf and
uses this power they are at +2 to all social roll difficulties due to
the character reacting to statements that have yet to be said.
