Sek-Rei Prototype Wave Function Pistol

Wave Function pistols work on the principle of reinstating the wave function of the various subatomic particles within the targeted matter. The pistol energizes the wave function to a point to where its particles' positional states can be truly anywhere within roughly a 10 meter radius. Once the pistol ceases its beam, the wave function partially collapses; the probability of the particles resuming their original wave function is so astronomical as to be impossible.
