Prototype Wave Function Rifle
Wave Function rifles work on the principle of reinstating the wave
function of the various subatomic particles within the targeted
matter. The rifle energizes the wave function to a point to where its
particles' positional states can be truly anywhere within roughly a
20 meter radius. Once the rifle ceases its beam, the wave function
partially collapses; the probability of the particles resuming their
original wave function is so astronomical as to be impossible.

The weapon's damage is variable based upon it's rate of fire. The
user decides at the beginning of their turn what they want the rate
of fire to be. The first damage code only allows a rate of 1 while
the second allows a rate of 2.
